This is a delightful little trinket box made in pewter as a two piece first tooth holder. The top has a beautiful  kneeling winged fairy on it while the base has the words 'Tooth Fairy' around the middle. The figure is holding a bag in her hands presumably to collect all the small teeth and she is sitting amongst pebbles.
