2. Delivery

You can confirm a delivery option within your cart before you purchase your item/s please feel free to contact us to confirm in store availability before doing so, the cut off for next day is 11.30am.

Standard Delivery =   3 - 5 Working Days (Delivered 9am - 5pm)

Express Delivery   =    Next Working Day (Delivered 9am - 5pm)


We do not open on Bank / Public Holidays, Good Friday and some days between Christmas and New Year. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on our next working day.

We operate a strict fraud screening process via our payment gateway processor Sage Pay and therefore we are only able to offer a next-day service if the your is validated. Processing timescales may increase if we require further information to proceed.

2.1 International deliveries

International shipping is calculated in the checkout, with a delivery timescale of  3 - 10 working days. We do not deliver to all countries.

3. Missed deliveries

Don’t worry if you are not available when your delivery is attempted, a card will be left by the courier company to notify you of the missed attempt.  This will allow you to either telephone them to rearrange at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office.  Due to security reasons, all items sent require a signature as proof of delivery.

4. Late deliveries or dispatch

We are able to ship most orders in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day.

4.1 Consequential loss for late deliveries

Late delivery costs are only refunded in the unlikely event that the postal delivery service fails to meet the guaranteed timescale and a charge was made for this service. If delivery was free, no financial compensation will be given. Consequential losses are also never compensated for example time taken off work to receive deliveries, or the item is intended as a gift, and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer.  

5. Delivery to business addresses

We allow delivery to an alternative address. If you do specify a business address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone available during normal working hours e.g. at reception who can sign for delivery on your behalf.

6. Returns

At Sarah Beth Jewellers we make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible.


Refunds will not be authorised for bespoke items, engraved items, and items received back more than 14 days after dispatch.

To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with the entire original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras/free gifts.
 
We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. 
 
Earrings, belly bars or other items of pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults.

Return the item to us with a covering note including name, address, email, telephone number, reason for returning and a copy of your invoice.
 
You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a similar recorded service. This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number. Please note that customers are responsible for returns postage costs, the safe return and insurance of all items until received back in our possession.
